Publication of results from the 1st phase waiting list of selected students in IHT and MATS admission test 2025
Academic Year: 2025-2026 AD.
The results from the 1st phase waiting list for student admission in Diploma in Medical Technology and Diploma in Medical Assistant courses in IHTs and MATSs for the 2025-2026 academic year have been published based on merit and preference by adding marks from the admission test held on 24/10/2025 AD. and GPA obtained in SSC/equivalent examination. The principals of the concerned government IHTs and MATSs will complete the admission process for the selected students during office hours from 09/12/2025 AD. to 18/12/2025 AD. and send the admission related information to the undersigned’s office within 21/12/2025 AD. The local admission committee formed by the concerned principal will examine the students’ certificates and the formed medical board will conduct their health check-ups. If any error is found in the submitted certificates of any student or if any student is deemed ineligible in the health check-up, their initial selection will be cancelled. Also, if any information provided by a student is proved wrong/false after admission, their admission will be cancelled. The admission test results can be found on the website of the Directorate General of Health Education (
www.dgme.gov.bd) and the website of the Directorate General of Health Services (www.dghs.gov.bd). Other admission related information can be obtained from the office of the Principal of the concerned institutions.The following documents will be required at the time of admission:
Required Documents for Admission
Candidates must bring the following original documents during admission:
- IHT/MATS admission test admit card for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Original academic transcript/mark sheet of the SSC/equivalent examination.
- Original certificate/testimonial of the SSC/equivalent examination.
- Original citizenship certificate/birth registration certificate copy provided by the local city corporation/municipality/union parishad/ward commissioner’s office.
- Six (6) copies of a recent passport-size color photograph (one attested, the other five non-attested).
- For government employee candidates: copies of the appointment letter, joining letter, and employment certificate from the current workplace.
- For tribal candidates from the Hill Tract districts: original certificate from the Circle Chief and District Administrator. For tribal candidates from other districts: original certificate from the clan leader and concerned District Administrator.
